Welcome to Komputerzz. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Komputerzz. Komputerzz operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you with a curated shopping experience.

Komputerzz is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the store and checkout infrastructure. Any sale you make through this store is made directly with Komputerzz.

By visiting, accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

1. Access and Account

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you are using the services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.

You may be asked to provide information such as your email address, billing details, payment information and shipping details. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current and complete and that you have the right to provide it.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted only when Komputerzz confirms acceptance and payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or modify an order, for example in cases of pricing errors, unavailable stock, suspected fraud, incomplete shipping details, or other operational issues. If this happens, we will try to notify you using the contact details provided with the order and refund any amount paid where appropriate.

Your purchases are also subject to the return and refund rules set out below.

4. Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the one shown at checkout when you place your order.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, customs duties, import charges or similar fees.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made through the store.

Komputerzz is powered by Shopify, which provides the underlying commerce infrastructure. However, any purchase you make through the store is made directly with Komputerzz, not with Shopify.

8. Feedback

If you submit reviews, comments, suggestions or other feedback to us, you grant Komputerzz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish and display that feedback for the purpose of operating, improving and promoting the services.

You confirm that your feedback does not violate the rights of any third party and is not unlawful, misleading, abusive or defamatory.

9. Errors, Inaccuracies and Prohibited Uses

We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times and availability, including after an order has been submitted.

You must not use the services:

• for unlawful, fraudulent or malicious purposes;
• to infringe our rights or the rights of others;
• to submit false or misleading information;
• to interfere with security or normal operation of the store;
• to upload malware or conduct scraping, phishing or spam.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms or applicable law.

10. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Exchanges are handled by returning the original item and placing a new order once the return is accepted.

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases and gift cards. Sale items may be excluded from our voluntary 30-day return policy, but this does not limit any mandatory statutory rights that apply to you.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact [email protected].

11. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Right

If your order is shipped to a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to any exceptions under applicable law.

To exercise this right, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires by contacting [email protected].

This statutory cooling-off right exists in addition to any separate commercial return policy we offer.

12. Warranty and Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.

However, nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights, statutory guarantees, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability for fraud.

13. Termination, Assignment and Changes

We may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes will take effect from the date stated in the updated notice, subject to applicable law.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer, you also retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
