1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order on https://komputerzz.com, operated by MIST LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Sale. These terms govern all purchases of hardware products and supersede any conflicting terms unless explicitly agreed in writing by MIST LLC.2. Orders and Availability

• Order Acceptance: All orders placed through https://komputerzz.com are automatically accepted upon submission, subject to product availability and payment verification.
• Product Availability: Products are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and may offer a comparable substitute, refund, or order cancellation.
• Pricing: Prices are listed in EUR and include all applicable taxes, shipping, and handling costs unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price at order confirmation applies.

3. Payment

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe or Paypal. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize charges for the total order amount.
• If payment is declined, we may cancel the order and notify you.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping: We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are included in the product price displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
• Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs processes.
• Risk of Loss and Title: Title to the products and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier for shipment. We recommend inspecting your order upon receipt and contacting us immediately at [email protected] if the product is damaged.
• Customs and Duties: Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU, now often called Delivered at Place or DAP): we handle export clearance and transport to the destination, but the buyer pays all import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon arrival. This is collected by the carrier (e.g., DHL, UPS) at delivery.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Return Policy: You may return products within 15 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders or clearance items are non-returnable unless defective.
• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed via Stripe/Paypal in EUR within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product. If the return is due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs; otherwise, you are responsible.
• Defective Products: If a product is defective, notify us within 30 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
• Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us at [email protected]. If the order has already been shipped, our standard return policy applies. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

6. Warranties

• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data, arising from the use or inability to use our products.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

• These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Any disputes arising from these terms or your purchase will be resolved through binding arbitration in Cheyenne, Wyoming, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
